Video Files
If you're using a dialup connection, click on the Windows Streaming Video (.wmv) link. If you don't have a broadband connection, don't try to download the larger mpeg (.mpg) files.  It would take forever on a dialup modem.

If you've got broadband you can watch the higher quality mpeg (.mpg) files.  It's best if you download mpeg files to your hard drive first.  To do that, right click on the link and choose the "save target as" selection.  After the file is downloaded you can watch it in your media player.
